"We made the last minute reservation under a stressful situation, were very tired and arrived after 8 pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The tall lady offered to order and pick up food for us, she also helped us get in touch with a nice safari guide quickly so we could reserve the tour for next morning efficiently. The other receptionist lady also helped us to settle in quickly. Sorry I didn’t get their names, but they deserve a shout out as star employees. "
"Great experience here. Good food (served in room where we have AC), nice facilities and Mary (owner) picked us up at the airport on time. I of us uses a wheelchair and they had ramps for all the steps. Recommended in Maun. "
